Anubhav Prakash

After finishing my bachelor's in Botany from University of Delhi, I joined NCBS as an integrated Ph.D. student. I am interested in understanding the morphogenesis of pattern and polarity in multi-cell type tissue through a combination of experiments and theoretical modelling.  Currently, I am exploring the coordination of cell-specific programmes and extrinsic mechanical and biochemical cues in the sensory epithelium of both birds and mammals. On a normal day, I love to complement my research with swimming or rather floating.
